1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Eat Wise app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Services
Eat Wise offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
- • Eat Wise Monthly: $1.99 per month (1 month duration)
- • Eat Wise Yearly: $19.99 per year (12 months duration)
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
3. Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial period for premium features. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for your selected subscription plan. Free trials are limited to one per user per subscription type.
4. Refunds and Cancellation
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using our service, you grant us permission to process your data to provide our AI-powered features.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the app for any illegal purposes, to violate any laws, or to harm other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Eat Wise is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
